BODYCOMBAT® Program Format

BODYCOMBAT® is an exciting aerobic training program that combines moves and stances developed from a range of self defense disciplines into a "take no prisoners" energetic routine.

The program format is as follows:

  1. Upper/Lower Body Warmup
  2. Combat 1
  3. Power 1
  4. Combat 2
  5. Power 2
  6. Combat 3
  7. Muay Thai
  8. Power 3
  9. Conditioning
  10. Cooldown
