It has been highlighted that on the BODYBALANCE™ 35 DVD that there is a descrepancy in the Tai Chi between the masterclass on the DVD and the Focus and Feel in the education session.

In the middle of the track there is a move in between doing the Wu Sequence which occurs at 2:54 minutes. In the masterclass Lee Parore teaches this with the same arm forward as the leg that is bent.

However when Jackie goes through this move in the Focus and Feel, she demonstrates it with opposite arm forward to the leg that is bent (I expect you to switch forward and back between both these sections and get thoroughly confused like I did!).

So which way is correct and which should BODYBALANCE™ instructors go with?

The official response to me from Jackie Mills  (Les Mills International ) is that Lee teaches this move correctly in the masterclass, and Jackie apologises for the mistake made in the Focus and Feel on the DVD.
