Hi everyone!

Our new class brings out the strong sports training focus in BODYATTACK. It's athletic and challenging but with heaps of motivation in the music and the cueing.

There's also a big contrast with the celebration feel of our 50th class. This one is more work-oriented so feel free to mix and match from these two releases.

A big welcome to special guest presenter Fabio from Portugal and welcome back to Mark after a break from filming. With Glen on the team, I reckon the guys look pretty awesome in the new all-black outfits. This is the real New Zealand athletic team!

The new class kicks off with a great warm-up from ALX and a huge singalong with Baby Baby for the mixed impact track, before the aerobic intensity takes off with OneZeroOne's A New Bad Desire.

Jump takes us all the way to the first peak, with a real basketball focus to bring out the sporting feel of the plyometric moves.

Crabbuckit from k-os brings a great tempo and catchy lyrics to the upper body conditioning track. Then we hit the second cardio block with a running track that adds heaps of fuel to the group dynamic.

The sports focus returns again with Put Your Hands Up In The Air! Check out the side shuffles and enjoy the opportunity for partner interaction here.

Set You Free is a totally motivating, uplifting singalong to challenge your cardio systems and Runaway is a strong, driving sound that'll help you dig deep to hit the second cardio peak.

Time now to catch your breath and enjoy the leg work in the lower body conditioning track.
