Mount up for the bike ride of your life.

The new program structure for RPM® has added an extra dose of realism to the trip – whether riding with the pack, negotiating the rolling hills, speeding along the flats or grinding your way up a mountain pass.

Bikers set out to the uplifting beats and sounds of Being Nobody then engage the speed gear to hook up with Atomic Kitten and Be With You. Radar Love is a classic offering at the mid-way point – a big sound with a big beat, inspiring big workloads. Then look out because the big sounds of Blood is Pumpin’ will drive you up and over your mountain. Work, recover and work again before you finally get to the top. And who better to ride home with than the Sugababes and Eric Clapton?

So strap in and join in.
