Instructors play a vital role by coaching good technique in their participants, describing the ride and telling them how they should be feeling at every stage of the journey.

So join us on this new musical journey as the pack sets off to the sweet sounds of Simply Red's Something Got Me Started and then open the throttle with Bananarama's Move in My Direction.

Riders head for the hills with a great remake of the Barbra Streisand classic Woman in Love and the uplifting Bend and Break from Keane. Then we hit our physical and mental peak with the Billy Idol's Scream.

Recover but stay close to the workout with the trancey Rise Again and unleash through the mountains with the awesome Jason Revins remix of the great classic, Free. The succession of strength repeats will leave you breathless.
