Welcome to BODYATTACK™ 23. We had unprecedented feedback when we were trialling this tape from our class participants, who loved this tape! So watch out - we think it's an extra good one.

In this tape we have tried to incorporate feedback we received after BODYATTACK™ 22 about making a gentler transition into high impact intensity.

Track 2 contains a new move for BODYATTACK™ - the gallop. This offers a gentler form of impact and provides a break within the high impact in this early part of the class.

The push up track also contains a new move - the pointer. This offers additional core stabilisation work.

Meanwhile we strive to create safe & balanced choreography that is exciting and has great feel.
