We've got another great two-peak workout for you guys, built around some thumping new jazz cardio sounds and an awesome new dancehall sequence that'll have your classes raving for more.
A funky Snoop Dogg warm-up gets the body moving. Nothing tricky here - just feel the beat and find your groove.
Then we start to build the choreo (and the heart rate) in our first dance sequence. Rehearse the first four eights to a great Black Legend number and get into a fierce arm combo with Junior Jack's Stupidisco. Then add some spice with the hips to the sound of I Like The Way from Bodyrockers.
Then put it all together for a breakout performance to a remix of the Flashdance theme, What A Feeling.
Take a break mid-class with the monster club hit, Don't Cha, from The Pussycat Dolls.
Then the action builds again through a dancehall mix of ragga and tribal - check out the saltshaker with Run DMC. The climax comes when we break out again with some amazing sounds from Pitbull and Missy Elliott.
