Time to loosen the knees and hips as we get athletic with a new feature move, the Elvis T-step - your steppers will start to fly as they sing along with Think, a motown classic from OneZeroOne. The stomp step returns as we ease back on the cardio and shift the focus to the legs and glutes in the mixed strength track. Get low with the new triple squat variation as we rock to a Vinyl Shakerz remix of the classic One Night In Bangkok. Power up to the second peak with Born To Be Wild, then shift your weight back on to your heels in the step recovery - you'll feel the burn in this one! Rich Girl from Pure Essence is a great party step track, with speed stepping to follow as we join Rhythmn Twins for River Deep. Then hit the third and final peak with the high-energy, top-of-the-pops singalong, Since U Been Gone. (Christmas Train - Medley is our optional Track 10 for the festive season).
